InToto is a full-service IT provider for freelancers and small to medium-sized businesses, supporting up to 100 workstations. The company manages entire IT environments, including workstations, servers, cloud solutions, hosting, and VoIP telephony.
“We act as the single point of contact for all our clients’ IT needs,” says owner Patrick Das. “Remote access to client systems is essential – it needs to be secure, reliable, and efficient.”
The Challenge
For years, InToto worked with Kaseya VSA, but experienced growing limitations. Key features were missing, software updates introduced bugs, and licensing costs continued to rise.
“We ended up paying over €60,000 in license fees. That’s a serious investment, especially given the level of service we received,” Das explains.
Switching to ConnectWise Automate
Looking for a better alternative, InToto switched to ConnectWise Automate, supported by Dutch distributor Dekkers IT Solutions & Consultancy.
“I received a detailed demo and plenty of helpful information. I was quickly convinced – it offered the same functionality as Kaseya, with valuable extras,” says Das.
Implementation & Training
The transition took planning and training. Staff had to learn how to work with ConnectWise Automate’s built-in Ignitescripts, which automate many common IT tasks.
“It took some getting used to, but the tool is powerful. It takes time upfront, but it pays off.”
Dekkers Intermediair played a key role in the onboarding process.
